Once your order is confirmed, we process, pack, and hand it over to the courier within 1 day. Delivery to major cities usually takes 3 business days, while deliveries to other areas may take 4 to 5 business days, depending on location and courier conditions. We proudly offer free shipping nationwide, with no minimum order requirement. Customers can enjoy the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and an active phone number, as incomplete information may cause delays or cancellation. Orders are shipped only after confirmation from the customer. Glow Villa currently ships within Pakistan only, and international shipping is not available at this time. Although we always strive for fast delivery, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues.
